I have one from a couple of years ago and I'm not sure if they're still the same or not.
I think they're well worth the money if there's enough in there you don't have. For me, it was worth it to get an 8mm hex key with a square bit to use with the Shimano BB tool, the BB tool itself and the external BB tool, cone spammers and a narrow chain tool for less than what you'd pay for one of those made by Park Tools. Some of the bits are still in use now.
However, some of the tools are a bit cheese-like. I snapped a couple of splines on the BB tool trying to remove a seized BB - though for normal use it should be fine. The chain whip also bent while removing a dodgy freewheel - but again, should be fine under normal pressure.
So I'd say it's worth it to have a good selection of average tools you don't already have, but probably not good enough if there are only one or two bits you need.
Has anyone tried the tool kits? I'm interested in them for the cycle specific bits (I have enough scredrivers and allen keys) but know some cheap tools can be as soft as cheese and get chewed up after a few uses.
