I don't know the F10/10, but the F11/10 near Tring is pretty quick, and VC10 run a Wednesday evening club TT there most weeks of the summer. I think that your qualifying time for nationals needs to be set during an open event, however posting a decent time on the F11/10 might also improve your chances of getting a ride on one of the properly quick courses.
