Again, ignoring the high street, it's worth keeping an eye out on sales.
Robinson's shoes often have decent ones such as http://www.robinsonsshoes.com/barker-arnold-black-size-8-5-g.html or http://www.robinsonsshoes.com/barker-dominic-black-size-8-5-g.html but the hassle there is returning if they don't fit (although generally doable for under a fiver on parcel2go).

What high street stores would offer me the best option for a pair of classic Oxfords? Budget £100 ideally, maybe up to £150.
Need to be black or dark brown, closed lace, round toe.
