No, it's too big for me. If is was my size and I was still looking for road bike, then yes, I'd pay £700 for that, honestly. I'd also have dibsed straight away at the £500 too.
The op started the thread asking for estimates, ideas of value, not offers. Asking for offers and bids usually gets ripped into on here, and it wasn't clear exactly when it became an auction either. It may be that there are others that would have paid £700-£800, or more, as op would have found out if he'd priced it higher to start with. It's not hard to drop the price over a couple of days until it finds it's selling price.
