I will be up for slacker miles soon, I have rotating Monday and Tuesdays off every two weeks.

Freelance innit. Monday off sounds like a brilliant idea.
Recruiters have a fit when I say I'll accept the permanent job offer at pro rata salary for 4 days. I have no idea why. I've seen so many parents doing this; do I have to breed to be able to work less (and earn less)?
