I'm fairly sure that you got that frame off ebay from me. I still have the original Phillips cottered cranks that came with it - PM me if interested.

I got it from Northampton's famous "Bomberdrome" Bill... Might be the same one though.

Can't remember where I posted it in all honesty but here is a pic of it built up that also shows the cranks..
