I haven't actually sat on the new bike yet, but had a CAAD10 with the collar opening at the front, and no problems with post slipping, and I'm heavy. It's not higher than the Min insert line is it? Have you torqued it to 5nm? That's the carbon post, right? Try a little carbon fibre grip gel (I had some on my CAAD10 with carbon post). Clean the seatpost and inside of the seat tube with de-greaser first and make sure both are dry before applying it:

Post is in further than the min insert, the one in the pic is an ALI one I had from another bike as the shop had greased the carbon post so there was no chance of that staying put, got some carbon paste on order. Haven't got a torque wrench but wouldn't want to be doing it much tighter. Have read somewhere that there is less friction when tightening if the gap in the collar is lined up with the gap in the seatpost.
Thanks for the size advice a few pages back. Got this a week or so ago but have only been able to get out on it this week, loving it.
Do Ultegra LH shifters have a switch like XT LH shifters do to change from 3 chainrings to 2 or is it just a case of tuning with the limiter screw?
The OTP seatpost collar seems to struggle to hold the post straight. The bolt and gap on the collar is at the front of the seatpost with the gap in the seat tube at the back, I can't flip the collar round as there is a lug inside. Has anyone else experienced this? @ChrisMGS I see yours is the same.
