One of the qualities of steel - but the angles should definetly offer you a different experience than a road bike.

Don't get me wrong I love steel track bikes and have had many but I don't know what it is! Il be riding it and it's very smooth, quiet etc, but after a while I'm like "meh"
I can only describe it as mature or sensible
