    Do you not think that a) they might want to reform and b) have a reputation that is now worth protecting?

  • perhaps I'm being a little harsh, but it isn't the most obvious choice for ex offenders though is it, particularly given that re-offense rates in the UK sit at over 45% within 12 months of release....
