The one in your picture is the common general purpose track frame. Antonov produced various versions of the Elin, and later the Eney, all in short runs which would be called 'pre-production' by an Asian or Western factory. The other Elin basic form and the Eney were much more rad than the fairly conservative ones above.

So what is the difference, drilled for brakes and cables, dropouts and shorter shaft?
Is a fixed TT frame really just a pursuit frame then?
They do look very cool.
