Ough, is it a pursuit frame?

So what is the difference, drilled for brakes and cables, dropouts and shorter shaft?
Is a fixed TT frame really just a pursuit frame then?

They do look very cool.

got one too, much hhsttb potential.
And it's for sale, cause I don't have money to build it properly.
