Would I have to race in the kit of my second club which is affiliated?
You can race in any kit you like in an open TT, apart from the kit of a UCI registered professional team. Just make sure you have sleeves :-) You need to enter the event with the affiliated club as your club on the entry form.
Alternatively, how much would it cost to get affiliation for the non-affiliated club for the rest of the year?
Annual CTT affiliation is £30, worth doing for next year but they run on a calendar year basis so you'd be paying £30 for what amounts to one month if you affiliated now.

I want to enter the Lea Valley CC 25-mile TT in a couple of weeks.
I'm a member of a club which is BC affiliated but not CTT affiliated. Would I have to race in the kit of my second club which is affiliated?
