Try a Shimano SLX or XT. Always good and reliable and affordable as are SRAM X7 and X9. I'm not very keen on Raceface. I've a set on my new bike, which I'll change ASAP. They have a annoying locking system that always seems to work itself loose.... even with threadlock.
