  • It's fucking gorgeous though.

  • Popped in but no Earl Grey IPA @ Sandbar last night, had you drank it all?

Had "Waime" or spelt similar there was ok.
Kerala (Howard Town brewery?) at Lass is great, very hoppy & citrusy.
Soli-Pa by Brightside to wash down grub.
Thornbridge Rabbit beer at the Crown & Kettle to finish.

  • Get onto the Eebria website quickly if you want to order Buxton Yellow Belly Sundae and Yellow Belly.

  • Why? Limited?

  • Yep

  • It's amazing if you like imperial stouts.

Ordered mine, shame I can't have the sundae one due to the lactose

  • Might throw some cash at them. So much for not drinking...

Any of their others worth a purchase? They have some cray cray shit to be honest.

  • Axe Edge is very good so I'm quite excited about Wyoming horse whisperer or whatever it's called (I'm looking forward to finding out how comically incorrect that name is, I ordered while I was half asleep this morning). Pretty much everything I've had of theirs has been good so I'd recommend trying a few. Ordered the Islay aged one as well as that sounded interesting.

  • Good one. Now I've joined Eebria and these might be coming...

    Yellow Belly Sundae
    Grain and Grape
    Yellow Belly
    Bomba Generation 4
    Ring Your Mother
    Anglomania

How do you get them to send to an address different from billing address? I can't find where to change delivery addr.

  • First address you put in is listed as delivery address, click on the text saying "billing address is the same as delivery address" below and then enter the billing address

  • I'd already placed the order though.

  • There's a contact us page on the website, I had to use it this morning as I'd cocked up my order and they were in touch quickly to rectify

  • I'm spending new year in Buxton so I can go to the brewery tap's new years eve party. Love their beers. +1 for Axe Edge. Far Skyline is good if you're into tartness.

  • Yep, got onto them and had it sorted quickly. Ta

  • Anyone heading to the rainbow project at Beavertown today?

  • yup
what time does it all kick off ?

  • Didn't make it to the rainbow project until about 6 so quite a few of the beers were running low. Had a great day and ended up out in Bethnal Green with the chaps from Arizona Wilderness who certainly enjoy a beer or two. Going back next year.

  • Had a weekend wild camping in the Lake District. On the way home we popped into the Hawkshead Brewery.

Had a couple of pints and got some takeouts!

  • Caledonian Edinburgh Castle last night was decent.

  • had a bottle of Drygate Bearface lager last night - very nice, too easy to drink!

  • Dragonfly brewpub last night to sample their wares. Quite decent. Think my fave was the first I tried Copper Top. They also had Achtung! a weiss beer, Man Passion, an IPA, cask and keg versions of their pale ale and a bitter.

  • I've tried a few of theirs. I really liked the Seven Peaks IPA.

  • ^ will try that - I might go back for more tonight

  • Ah, meant to go there, good yes?
