My garmin gave me a VO2 max of 57 after some 6min:30 Z5 intervals.
Thing is I did 6 at the same power (305w), so wasnt actually at my limit.
If I know I can hold 340w on on the same climb if I'm rested and hurt myself. Is it terrible to scale up the VO2 max to say 60.
I could test this. But it ruins training a bit.
