    I've got nothing but great things to say about the Le Creuset toughened non-stick range. I have a deep 30cm and a shallow 24cm and they're like new after a couple of years regular service.

    Anyone here gone copper on their pots and pans? I've scored a few bargains on eBay over the last year and they're a pleasure to cook with, if a bit heavy.
