If I need my handlebars to have a bit* of stack, which of these is nicer, aesthetically?
1. As little stack as possible, risey stem
2. Stem matching angle of top tube, stacked appropriately?

Yeah, it's not pretty but it is the right thing to do, just get whatever stem connects in a straight line from the upper headset bearing to the bars.
