My boiler is a bit odd. There are no room controls (that I have found!) other than the thermostatic valves on the rads. It seems I need to set the temp of the water in the system at the boiler rather than a room temp on a wall thermostat. Then use the rad valves to fine tune.
Any idea what that normal/recommended temperature for water in a central heating system is?
Dunno, but we have the same thing - lack of thermostat - and just set the boiler to a temp that can make the place nice n toasty but not push the system pressure in to the red.
