Those Zehus electric hubs with regenerative braking are spaced for a minimum 120mm. So presumably any track bike could easily be made electric just by swapping out the rear wheel.
I can't think of any situation in which I would actually want the electrical assist, but the fact that it's technically possible makes part of me want to try it just for shits and giggles.
