I love them. Mine are the old 3d. 24mm axel. I am running them with Shimano Tiagra bb. I think it is perfect for cx as they are light, stiff and it is cheap to swap bbs. Only thing is that mine er 130bcd so you are limited to 38T. That means the overall drivetrain weighs a bit more than fx 34/16T. I run 42/19T right now (42/21T when I start races again).
