  • Er....Looking down into an oil well littered with plastic flags etc...

  • I have good memories or Jimmi Traore lifting ol' big ears.

    #stillhigh

  • We'd be turned over by Palace tomorrow with that charlatan in charge. We've a decent enough team to fight out a CL place with a playoff winnin manager. As I said, it's amazing the difference in media coverage BR gets from the fella that won the CL, multiple la ligas, and multiple uefa cups.

  • When does a team stop becoming a real team?
Chequebook Joe seems to have lost his powers since his first defeat by Wegner. Since then his fragile psyche has completely unravelled. Will we be a real team if we finish above you this season?

  • Boro up to 2nd with our 3rd win on the trot. Actually scoring some goals this season.

  • Win the league this year and we'll all pipe down for a few months. Just don't slip up at the last hurdle and end up looking like twats again.

  • Oh Giroud, you fucking tit.

  • Arsenal you bunch of fucknuts

  • We'll go and get beaten by that bunch of twonks on Saturday as well.

    Absolute bunch of shitcunts

  • the Roma goal!half way line diagonal in off the post, nice.

  • Much better from Chelsea tonight, RLC played well nice to see Baba get a run. and Dave at right back on his natural foot gave more width.

  • I hear you smashed the back doors of that Maccabi Heffa?

    #backinthegroove

  • 4-0. Oscar back made a difference. Just a all round good performance compared to what has been befor, Hazard still not at his high high standard but better.

back in the groove ? ill let you know saturday.

  • caught up with our Europa League game, BT's actually doing a decent job with the online version, allows you to replay a match, skip through the dull bits, focus on the goals, etc....

Taking into account its Qarabag, we looked good when we upped the tempo, sought to press higher up the pitch, Son scored two goals, first a poachers little stab, second more composed. Think there might be hope for Lamela, he looked to be determined to have an influence on the game, less running down blind alleys, lost the ball more than you would like but as soon as he lost it, was chasing back to try to correct the error. And got a goal towards the end, should have been two, seeing as he took a chance off Alli's foot and hit the post....

Carroll was a bit anonymous, though tidy when he got the ball, Townsend actually tracked back, Alli's workrate was impressive, as was his final ball, made Son's 2nd goal with a nice run, tricky feet and a nicely weighted pass.

  • skip through the dull bits

Oh Corny, you do open yourself up for it sometimes.

  • I'm looking forward to skipping through most of Arsenal's match tomorrow..

  • Fifpro putting in challenge to Fifa/Uefa to abolish transfer fees...

Interesting if this goes through (probably 2-4 yr wait if the challenge is upheld), wonder how much will change?

  • That could be a car crash with money going to agents and players instead clubs lower down the leagues

  • Clive, In the fashion section of your blog you could have suggested pink for the colour of the socks. Or red, but bleached.

  • i thought you would be commenting on fettered pleasures marcom

  • For me every Clive's writing is a pleasure. Music, fashion, politics and crime sections are my favourites though, therefor irresistible.

  • Can any Arsenal fans enlighten me as to what a rutsack is?
