Will upload if I am back from work. I used to ride a Surly Steamroller in 62, a Dolan Pre Cursa 60 and a Goldsprint Pista in 66. I did not ride the Big Block but I am pretty sure it fits like a usual 60/61 frame. Unfortunately I am the opposite of a t-rex and need a longer (read: custom-made) top tube for my next bike instead another ~59/60cm long one.
