You can use a normal square taper BB tool and a piece of dowel if you're really stuck

There's a chap in the U.S. who is churning them out. About £24 delivered to the UK but customs and a wait I guess.
Triton reckon they'll have more in around end sept.
If you can avoid it don't be tempted to bodge it.
