The Fish and Chip Shop is absolutely brilliant. I'm from the North so very critical about London's fish and chips and I think that place is definitely the best yet. Downsides are that you will almost certainly have to book, the coffee is crap and it's really expensive.

Best fish and chips in London? Got a friend visitng from Japan, she used to live here so have requested me to take her and her hubby for some fish and chips.
I usually get mine from a local Chippy which is pretty amazing or go to Super (or is it Master?) Fish near Waterloo, but neither places are good for sitting for long time...
