Because that's probably a disciplinary offence that would carry a massive risk of them losing their pay check. Permanently.
It depends on your view point of how you think professional players would behave. There may have been initial "bants". I'm guessing it wouldn't carry on for too long.
That's not a wide eyed view of the world, I'm guessing there's a "them" and "us" mentality in footballers (as there are with all groups).
I'd guess that those "of Chelsea staff " are not "birds to be fucked with", those "not of Chelsea staff" are "birds to be fucked with".
