Have you looked at kinesis or genesis for forks?
-
• #35
not yet, no stress with fork, like most just get it together to begin with.
took the groupset from my roadbike and rebuilt as a hybrid for lacy courierdays :)

You single ring this? With a 50+ chainring? and a fairly narrow cassette?
You've either got leg guns for days or no hills.
Nice bike btw.
EDIT: I was referring to the previous itteration of the Felt.

Is there a lot of clearance for tyres? Do you think 38mm will fit? Considering buying one.. the paint is so wrong I think it's kinda cool haha.
-
• #41
dont now yet, i think planet X says 32mm
-
• #42
I've 32mm Marathons on mine right now and there's certainly space for larger - particularly at the front. At the rear I'd say there's a 3 millimeters each side clearance.

Finally we got or Fista workshop back, they have renovated the house we are renting in for like 5 months now.
But today it was the big day and we got the access back!
I started a little tonight to move all my bikes down to the garage, and down there i find a "hybrid" fork that looked pretty good on the kaffenback framset.
Now things can start happen with this project!

Rad workshop. Is it part of a business or just shared by some friends?
When building my cx I had same issue. Wanted cheap 1 1/8 carbon forks with room for big tyres. They do not exist :-( either you have to settle for 26", 29" with too long ac or forks with alu steerer. I ended up with alu steerer (which is nice if you want mudguards as they often have eyelets). Now I am saving up for the Ritchey full carbon forks which are 2-300 gbp :-(
