6 weeks later OnePlus still hasn't sent me my replacement sim tray and their customer service is a piss take. Once a week, I get an antomatic message asking me if I have had a chance to respond to their last comment, and if they don't hear from me within the next 5 days, they will mark the case as 'solved'. I took the time to replace to them last week saying I still haven't received the part (which TBH, I kinda forgot about it already), and they told me they will check and that's the last I heard from them. I don't believe they have actually sent anything out.
