any oem options instead of forking more fore the bearings then he did for the chainset?

UltraTorque bearings are a proprietary size for good reason, there are some aftermarket options but I don't think they are any cheaper than genuine Campag.

i know you dont do campagnolo

Not true, UltraTorque is the official #tester_approved external BB crank system.
