Minoura Gamoh porteur. I have one too, they're nice, especially if you have only one eyelet at the dropout. The Soma/VO offerings seem slightly better thought out though, options for front panniers as well as the bigger loads up top. I'd get one of those if I got another.

As @hamrack said, minoura gamoh porter. No facility to take panniers, but I have no intention of running/desire to use panniers on this bike. The rack does everything I need it to, and it's ~1/2 the price of soma. @spotter found some nice well priced racks in EU that would be better though and affordable, can't remember the company. That said, I 100% recommend the minoura.
