Any suggestions for SMS apps on Android. Upgraded to CM12.1 and neither Hangouts nor Messaging appear to be working. Cheers

Try clearing the app data in the settings. All of the app data. And uninstall and re-install. The new CM12 seems to have fucked with a lot of people on upgrade. All of my Google apps were busted.
