Don't think I can compete with you Gio on the culinary front.... a good tip for pimped poached eggs though, I once saw a recipe where you took cling film and made a well in it in one hand, you then could crack an egg into it, add flavourings like chilli flakes, herbs etc, twist the pocket of cling film shut to make a sort of pouch, and then stick the whole thing into a pan of boiling water. Hey presto, flavoured poached eggs.
