As I said after posting my road bike... https://www.lfgss.com/comments/12488540/ it works for me :D
That kind of saddle must be positioned horizontally (looking at it's base, not at the top part) since you don't ride it like exactly as a normal one (no nose, you can go even more aero on flats... nothing stopping your ping-pong balls)
