Long Sleeve Training Jersey or Long Sleeve Pro Team jersey, any Thoughts? I am thinking of something that I can wear for Autumn and under the Pro Team Softshell jacket when it turns frosty. Señor_Bear?

Training Jersey looks much nicer. Don't see the point in the long sleeved Pro Team TBH. That kind of jersey I'd always choose short sleeves and then carry arm warmers. Team Sky Winter Jersey also looks nice but I'm guessing is warmer than the Training Jersey.

The long sleeve jersey is a thicker material that the short sleeve PT, so works for evening / early morning riding, which is something I do a lot.
