• It's got the drilled out upper race, C stamped on the races, but essentially it came off an original complete '86 Colnago which I bought in Milan, C Record throughout with some odd first gen design parts.

    What you'll find in catalogues is about 70% of the story, especially with Campagnolo, and especially so with first variants. They're pretty far from definitive. If you've ever been to the factory in Vicenza you can see how quickly they can tool up for modification to a component line, often within 24hrs. I was talking to one of their design engineers who said they'd made over 80 modifications to the Delta brakes - that's a lot of production iterations.

    They're not like shimano, where there's only a new product upgrade every 5 years, Campagnolo are special! Rumour mill has it they're introducing an integrated Pinarello specific group for 2016. Can't see shimano even attempting that ;)
