My legs are feeling it a little bit today. Great ride, thanks Matt. My phone and wallet and all the rest of the stuff is covered in gel goo :( Never again, no matter how cheap or out of date the gels are.

The village shop was smashed in by some guys with a stolen digger to get the cash machine last night, I guess the shop won't be open for quite some time (if at all, if it's structurally unsound)
Just in case anyone was looking to head over again or planning to stop by for supplies.

Hell yes. I wouldn't leave anything unlocked in Roydon, not even just to pop in the shop. I've known plenty of bikes to go from there and my dad's was taken from outside the pharmacy whilst he collected his prescription.
