@Shroom front wheel is 21 Inches, Top Tube is 23.5 Inches and Seat Tube is 22 Inches. But it is a really aggressive low pro so those can't really be compared to anything ordinary.
I am half an inch shy of 6 foot and it worked nicely for me - couldn't really work for anyone taller than me.

I have had this super rare beast kicking around for a long time and it pains me to sell but sometimes you must let go.
It is pictured when I had it built up, IMPORTANT to note that I am ONLY SELLING the frame, forks, seatpost and front wheel. No BB, Headset or anything else.
PRICE: £250
The seatpost alone went for over $400 a while ago on Ebay so I think this is prolly a reasonable price.
The frame is a very aggressive Lo Pro, built for TT with vertical dropouts (not track) which is again a v. rare set up ...
front wheel: 21 Inches
Top Tube: 23.5 Inches
Seat Tube: 22 Inches
If anyone has a view on the value of this bad boy, don't be shy - let me know if you think I am asking too much.
