Is is the house/part of the house/nothing to do with somewhere to live?

I'm having trouble parsing this information. My concern about the massive shed is that its swaying towards living in a slightly different part of town than I was originally considering.

Ah sorry - I meant is the shed the 'house' you would live in or is it in the garden of a house.
