I'll have a read. I'm currently in love with this 'shed.'

It's just outside the area I want to live in, but it would mean I could have a proper bike workshop, home brewing area, maybe a smoker and maybe even a milling machine!

I'm having trouble parsing this information. My concern about the massive shed is that its swaying towards living in a slightly different part of town than I was originally considering.
