Got my bi-annual urge to go for a ride in RP.
If i was to want to go on the weekend (probably Sat), what time does it start filling up with nodders, traffic, and assorted other berks? Would arriving at 7-8am ish for an hour or so beat the rush, or is it carnage 24/7 at weekends?
