Cheers guys. Its a tough one to put a price on somebody's tastes. The key thing is that he is a collector and this will be Patek number ~20 so I doubt he'd pay stupid money for it as its not a particularly unusual one as far as I can tell.
I think I'm going to tell him that imo he should set a low limit on it unless he really loves it or "needs it" for his collection.
If I win it, I'll be sure to post some cheeky keyboard wrist pics.
