Very few parts exist solely for track bikes. If they do they are very expensive or very impractical. I cant see mtbers using road pedals and straps like they do on track...

Single chainrings? Carbon fibre parts? Carbon frames? Y frames? Disc wheels (not present day but previously - Tomac), drop handlebars (once again Tomac), Clipless pedals... Wind tunnel testing/aerodynamic advantage? (Not a part I know) and thus skin suits...? All used on track way before MTB..
Plenty of crossover, but parts have evolved away from their original forms.

hhsb bikes borrow bars, saddles, pedals, stems, seatposts from mtb bikes but mtb bike riders never put any track bike part on their bikes, it is strange.
he also introduced skinsuits into MTB
