Sorry, now sold
This is a really beautiful Enigma Ethos, built with Columbus Life tubing with a 55cm virtual horizontal top tube. It's set up in the pics for me at 5'10".
The frame and forks are hand built Columbus steel, with the fork crown, front and rear ends and all cable points in polished stainless steel - the bike looks amazing and the paintwork is in excellent condition - just a few scratches, all of which have been touched in with a good match so barely visible.
The spec is pretty much a dream lightweight spec, as follows:
Enigma Evolution headset
Dura Ace 7900 compact chainset
Dura Ace 7900 carbon shifters, front and rear mechs
105 10 speed cassette
Shimano RX100 long reach brake callipers
Shimano RS61 wheels — virtually new, small ding to rear rim but is running true
Prologo Nago Ti saddle
Thompson seatpost
ITM carbon bars wrapped in Bontrager tape with Fizik gel pads underneath (super comfy set up)
Ritchey WCS stem
SKS full mudguards
Pedals and bottle cage not included.
This frame was built for Richard Hallet, the cycling journalist and now CTC staffer and featured in a RoadCyclingUK.com review here: http://roadcyclinguk.com/news/enigma-ethos-steel-touring-audax-frame-and-fork-first-look.html#XmYwuZB7pbZUS7fX.97
The bike has only done a few hundred miles and is in great condition. This is a £3,500 build.
Price now reduced to £1100!
