Frame has a big dent so I haggled with the seller and got it to my door with BB and HS for £120.
Cranks are driveside campag record pista NDS is some next touring crank cost £0
Somebody left the wheels/tyres/tubes/cog/lockring in my shop to be disposed of when he upgraded.
Picked up the bars from @timbre for nowt.
Bought the post from hubjub, saddle for like £25 and stem from @bigH
Chain came on a new bike but was too short for what gear was needed so ended up on this.

Full build came in at under £200... Yes I'm smug.
Frameset+seatpost+saddle were the only bits I paid for. Everything else was parts bin!
Gonna spring for some new cages to get back to doublestrap lyf and will make some sort of basket or rack.
