No, pressure treated wood. Using bearers at right angles to the floor joists minimises the contact area for damp from below. Also allows air to circulate underneath.
My old man suggested bits of damp-proof membrane between the bearers and joists too. That's what I'm doing for my shed when it gets ordered later this week.
