I've got pressure treated 4x4s as suggested. But the ground underneath was so uneven I had to put the flagstones on top of a load of sand to get them close to level, which is actually what the shed instructions said to do. If the sand washes away, will my shed collapse?
If I remember rightly, it wasn't the wise man who built his house upon the sand.
No, pressure treated wood. Using bearers at right angles to the floor joists minimises the contact area for damp from below. Also allows air to circulate underneath.
