  • Concrete shed base laid today. Pressure treated timber bearers will be going onto the concrete then pressure treated floor on top of those (floor joists at right angles to the bearers).

  • No, pressure treated wood. Using bearers at right angles to the floor joists minimises the contact area for damp from below. Also allows air to circulate underneath.
