I would say let's not chop and change too much, keep with last year's format and get peeps playing throughout winter - we are pretty short of numbers this summer and it will be unfortunate if the trend continues into winter.
We might want to reach out to certain ex-players and see if they are keen on playing. I note that quite a few have started families, bought places, move to the sticks etc. but no harm asking.
