The seatpost has to go, totally agree on that.
I like the stem too, because it came with the framset, but its just so long. Well I'll ride it for a while and see how I like it.It is already way more comfy than my mielec.
Rattlecanning the forks could be an option. But I'd rather have new forks, these are a little bit shit. The canti studs are about 2mm different in height, making the v-brake setup really awkward.

I like it all apart from the seatpost. Stem is super rad.
Could you not just rattle can the forks grey or Matte black? Or some funky neon colour? Pink? You could then get neon pink ourys to match...
