  • Dibs on all that equipment please, just sent you a Message. Could do with some more tanks and based in Brixton too.

  • From Hema stores - usually tricky to find in store but it's usually there somewhere!

  • Seems to be working again after I took the film out - still suspicious though!
I think my main gripe with cheap film is that when you have a shot you're really happy with, it's frustrating that you can't really enlarge it too much due to the grain. In the same way that it's frustrating when you shoot a potentially great photo, only to find it's crap due to poor metering or inaccurate autofocus.

I've had so many shots I'm happy with using cheap film and my t4/mju ii/Olympus XA etc but too many shots lost to lack of control/quality.
I'm sure I'll flip flop on this opinion soon enough though ;)

  • Olly I would love to take this gear...Ive just started buying already and have a tank and a changing bag.....have jusy been getting bits when have $......I live in Putney and can cycle over this week sometime if cool (can combine stocky sk8 ).....let me know Ta

  • And just to brag, quite the freebie I picked up! I was taking some photos of my mates at a gallery where they are showing soon and the gallerist gave me this lot after he saw me shooting on film:

I am now slightly scared though as I have some shots in mind for an exhibition using the 160nc and the astia - not shots that you want to fuck up, considering how hard they can be to pick up!

  • Gear taken by @dashti, thanks for the beer and happy processing :-)

  • Sorry man,,,when i saw ur post my browser had'nt refreshed so I thought it was new post.

  • No worries hope you get what you need :)

  • I'm boring the shit out of friends on Instagram so you lot have to suffer as well. Another holiday snap, Hexar and Ektar 100. Train graveyard, Bolivia.

    ..ha, awesome!

  • I'm leaving the UK in a few months so have some chemicals and other bits to dispose of:

500ml of D-76 solution mixed yesterday
    450ml Ilford Ilfostop (mix 1:19)
300ml Ilford Rapid Fix (mix 1:4)

    3x 1L airtight bottles (1 containing the D76 above)

    1L measuring jug
    25ml measuring column
    Funnel

Paterson Universal 3 tank with new 135/120 paterson film reel (leaks a few drops while agitating, maybe missing a seal, but functions fine)

Box of about 90 powder-free disposable gloves.

    Collect in Clapham SW11 5GZ.
