I might be up for something, but I needs a new 'puter setup to start working on music stuff, which will happen soon.
Either that or I have to learn to use the synth that I got myself.
We have to be way better than those bands though.

By better you mean heavier, faster, louder and more disco breaks. Converge and Minus The Bear in bed with Nile Rogers and Alec Empire whilst Mira Calix plays insect noises through a big muff via 6 Sunn Model T amps and 8x10 cabs.
Sold.

Two years ago I would have been bang up for a Kingston based band that did all this.
Right now though, I'm more up for a Birmingham based band that does all this. Unless you want to do it by correspondence - I'm yet to use my bass VI (well, Schecter Ultra VI) in anger.
Cards on the table though, I'm not sure I really get the Windhand hype.
Feel free to PM me your email address if you want to do something by correspondence? As well as the standard Hydrahead leg humping, an interest in The Austerity Program, My Bloody Valentine and Mainliner would be useful.

Don't suppose you have access to a drummer and have the means to record them?

I have the means to record a drummer (we did the drums ourselves on my old band's stuff, using my box o' mics) and I could probably gain access to one. I'm pretty into the unrelenting mechanical brutality of a drum machine though.

Will this sound like Cutting Pink With Knives?

I hope not.
